Hyderabad Police Set up 100 CCTV cameras in city
Hyderabad: Hyderabad Police, Anjani Kumar IPS Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad inaugurated 100 Community CCTV Cameras. These cameras are set up in Important areas under PSs of Humayun Nagar, Asif Nagar, Langar Houz, and Golconda with the help of the Community. The program is also attended by AR Srinivas IPS Jt.CP. West Zone, Addl DCP West Zone, ACP Asif Nagar, and SHOs of Asif Nagar division and residents of Asif Nagar Division were present on the occasion.
Hyderabad Police: Anjani Kumar CP, addressed with gathering that;
With the help of people & donors, 100 CCTV cameras have been set up within the Asifnagar Division limits(Humayunnagar, Asifnagar, Golconda, Langerhouse PS limits) at a cost of Rs 30 lakh. The Commissioner of Police requested Community to come forward to help setting up more and more Cameras.
The crime rate was brought under control by setting up CCTV cameras. Any kind of criminal case can be easily solved by CCTV cameras. Nowadays Criminals are being punished in court based on CCTV footage. Increased reassurance among the public through the installation of CCTV cameras. We will also set up CCTV cameras elsewhere in the city as part of the Nenu Saitham program. Due to CCTV cameras maintaining peace and security in our city, the GDP rate in Telangana has increased in addition to the GDP rate in Gujarat and Maharashtra.
The installation of CCTV cameras is essential for the safety of future generations. Remember that every citizen is a policeman and every policeman is a citizen. Citizens need to know the importance of CCTV.
Hyderabad City is known as a Safe City. Hence a lot of investment is coming. Hyderabad City’s population is increasing day by day. So CCTV cameras should also be increased in number. In the past, many policemen worked hard to catch a single thief and many teams were formed, but now with a single CCTV camera, the case can be solved easily.
