Hyderabad: Property Offender Arrested in Three Cases
Hyderabad: A property offender who was allegedly involved in three cases was arrested by the Banjara Hills police on Thursday.
The police recovered property worth Rs 3.6 lakh from him.
According to the police, Mohd Salman Khan, a resident of Tolichowki, on August 2, broke into a house in Banjara Hills and stole gold and silver ornaments when the house owner was away.
Two days later, he stole an iPhone from a car in Banjara Hills when the owner was asleep.
The same evening, he went to Rajendranagar police station area and stole a motorcycle parked in front of a liquor outlet.
Three cases were registered against him, two at Banjara Hills and one at Rajendranagar police station. The Commissioner’s Task Force (West) nabbed him, after which Khan admitted to his involvement in the three cases.
Previously, he was involved in 13 property offences reported under different police stations in the city, police said.
