Ranganath said that the encroachments in Tummadikunta FTL and buffer zones were demolished by HYDRA, GHMC, Town Planning, and Revenue staff. N.Convention is one of the unauthorized structures in Tummidikunta. 12 pits per acre in the FTL of the pond and 18 pits of 2 acres in the buffer zone, the structures were constructed. There is no permission from GHMC for this construction. N. Convention tried to get permissions under BRS (Building Regularisation Scheme). The authorities concerned did not allow the BRS.

In 2014, HMDA issued a notification on tummadikunta. After the notification, the N. Convention management went to the High Court. The High Court had previously ordered that it should be legal. The case is pending on the FTL survey report in 2017. No court has given a stay regarding the N. Convention so far. The N. Convention is misleading regarding FTL and buffer zone. Ranganath explained that it misled and conducted commercial activities. (Maxim News)
