HYDRA Issues Notice to Jayabheri Constructions for Encroachment on Rangalal Kunta Pond

Hyderabad, Sept 7 (Maxim News): HYDRA is continuing its aggressive efforts to remove the encroachment of the ponds and to protect the ponds across Hyderabad. HYDRA, which has already demolished several illegal structures including N. Convention belonging to hero Nagarjuna in Hyderabad has issued a notice to the famous construction company Jayabheri.

HYDRA officials have issued instructions to Jayabheri Construction Company to remove the structures built in Rangalal Kunta Pond FTL and buffer in the financial district.

HYDRA Commissioner Ranganath, who inspected the Bhagirathamma pond, ordered a full investigation into the dumping of construction waste in the FTL and buffer zone of the pond, HYDRA Commissioner Ranganath said that a decision will be taken in the meeting to be held in the next 15 days.  (Maxim News)
