HYDRA Notices To BRS MLA Marri Rajashekhar Reddy
HYDRA Notices | Hyderabad, Aug 28 (Maxim News): BRS MLA Marri Rajasekhar Reddy was shocked by HYDRA. HYDRA sent notices to Marri Rajasekhar Engineering Colleges, and HYDRA sent notices to MLRIT and the Institute of Aeronautical Engineering College in Dundigal for illegal construction.
Officials sent notices after receiving complaints that these were constructed within the FTL and buffer zone of the small Damera pond. The notice stated that an explanation should be given within 15 days.
HYDRA warned Rajasekhar Reddy that he should look for alternative ways to the colleges otherwise appropriate action would be taken. The HYDRA team recently inspected the Marri Rajasekhar Reddy Colleges‘ built-in Damera Pond. Officials concluded that they were built illegally.
However, the Municipal authorities have already demolished some of the buildings constructed in the past under Chinnadamera Pond FTL.

Recently, HYDRA also issued notices to the educational institutions of another BRS leader, Jangaon MLA Palla Rajeshwar Reddy.
HYDRA has issued notices based on the complaint of the Irrigation Department that Rajaeshwar Reddy’s Anurag Educational Institution and Gayatri Educational Trust have illegally built in the Nadem Cheruvu buffer zone of Medchal district.
A case has also been registered in Pocharam ITC police station. These structures are located in Survey No. 813 under Venkatapur Panchayat Korrfemula Revenue of Ghatkesar Mandal.

However, there were allegations that the management of the educational institutions had violated the rules while leaving a buffer zone of 30 meters for the Nadem pond.
However, Palla said that the cases were filed illegally and requested the High Court to proceed legally.
The High Court which inquired into this suggested that HYDRA should go ahead as per the rules. (Maxim News)
