HYDRA To Receive Complaints Directly From Public

Hyderabad, Jan 4 (Maxim News): HYDRA has taken another key decision. HYDRA Grievance has been set up to resolve the issues. HYDRA Commissioner Ranganath will be at the HYDRA headquarters, Buddha Bhavan, from January 6 for the first time, complaints will be received directly from the public.

HYDRA chief will receive complaints from 10.30 am to 2.00 pm.  

Also, a HYDRA Police Station will be set up within a week. The HYDRA Police Station will be available from Sankranti. Official orders on the establishment of HYDRA PS are likely to be issued tomorrow (Sunday). It has been decided to resolve the complaints received in the grievances within 10 days.

HYDRA has given special focus to complaints of encroachment of ponds and drains.  HYDRA has decided to resolve the complaints systematically without legal disputes. 

HYDRA has taken another step forward. It has set up HYDRA Grievance to receive complaints directly from the public.  It is reported that HYDRA Grievance will be held every Monday from now on.  Along with this, the much-awaited HYDRA Police Station will also be opened for Sankranti. 

It is known that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has already given the green signal to HYDRA Police Station, with this, HYDRA Commissioner Ranganath has decided that all HYDRA-related activities will be carried out through HYDRA Police Station from now on.

 Services will be made available through the HYDRA Police Station from Sankranti. In this context, officials from all departments will participate in the grievance to receive complaints related to HYDRA Grievance.  IN this grievance to be held at Buddha Bhavan, it seems that HYDRA has formulated a plan to clear the complaints given by the complainants within a week to ten days, especially those regarding nalas, tanks and other encroachments, without any legal difficulties. 

HYDRA Grievance was supposed to start last month.  Despite some delay, HYDRA Police Station will be available along with HYDRA Grievance.  DSP Level Officers, SP Level Officers, CIs and SIs will also be fully available at HYDRA Police Station. HYDRA has decided to immediately resolve any complaints received on encroachment of ponds, encroachment of drains and encroachment of kuntas.  Since HYDRA was established, more than five thousand complaints have been received.

Most of these have come from municipalities and municipal corporations in the suburbs of the city.  In this context, local MROs and revenue staff of the respective areas are likely to participate in the grievance.

In case they are not present, information will be given through teleconference.  On the other hand, HYDRA is moving forward more aggressively on encroachments.  HYDRA has recently demolished encroachments in Khajaguda and Malkajgiri. HYDRA is moving forward with a clear plan to ensure that the complainant feels that if he approaches HYDRA, the problem will be resolved. (Maxim News)
