Illegal Activities In Telangana Police Department
Hyderabad, Jan 13 (Maxim News): It has come to the notice of the government of increasing corruption and illegal dealings in the police department.

There are allegations that officials from the lowest to the highest levels are collecting money. This includes the Revenue, Stamps and Registrations, Municipal and Police departments. it is learned that some MLAs have brought the corrupt behavior of the officers to the attention of the CMO. Most of those caught by the ACB are officers from these four departments, intelligence has identified that IAS and IPS officers are also involved in some of them.
It has been learned that CIs and SIs in police stations are meddling in civil matters and are committing corruption. Apart from this, if any complaint is received, bribes are demanded for progress, action to be taken or an FIR to be registered. As these complaints have increased in the last six months, the DGP has paid special attention. In some places, it has come to the notice of the CM that IPS officers are making settlements and abusing their power.

The government is also investigating the Nalgonda intelligence Additional SP affair. Surveillance has been increased on the behavior of IPS officers working in Hyderabad, Rachakonda, and Cyberabad Cmmissionerates as well as lower-level police officers.
It is learned that CM Revanth Reddy is also serious about the high-level corruption and irregularities in these four departments that have direct links with the people. It is learned that the CMO has instructed the officials to take strict action in such matters. (Maxim News)
