Indian Army Conducts Cyclothon And Skate-A-Thon At Secunderabad

A Cyclothon and Skate-a-thon was organized by the Bison Division of the Indian Army on 05 Feb 2023 as a part of the ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ celebrations in Secunderabad. A total of 76 enthusiastic participants of the Bison Division participated in the event to highlight the theme of 2023 i.e. “Year of Transformation”.

The event was flagged off from the Bison Division War Memorial. On the commencement of Cyclothon and Skate-a-Thon the skies of Bolarum Garrison reverberated with the chants of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and the onlookers cheered the participants. The cyclists and skate runners displayed exemplary zest and zeal on Sunday morning.

As India enters 2023, Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav takes a step toward completing 76 years of Independence. The participants vowed to be essential stakeholders in nation-building and work wholeheartedly while keeping national pride and interest paramount.
