Intermediate Girl Murdered At Home In Warasiguda

Hyderabad: A shocking Warasiguda murder case came to light on Monday noon after an intermediate girl, aged around 16 years, was brutally killed inside her house in Secunderabad. The police said the girl collapsed and died on the spot due to heavy bleeding after a man attacked her. The incident caused tension in the locality as residents gathered outside the house soon after the news spread.

Police said the attacker barged into the house while the girl was alone. They suspect that the person was known to her. However, officers cautioned that the motive and full sequence of events will be confirmed only after the investigation progresses. They also said that the attack appeared sudden and violent, which led to her immediate death.

Meanwhile, a police team reached the spot after receiving information from locals. The team cordoned off the area and began collecting clues. They examined the house, recorded initial statements, and checked for possible evidence that could help identify the attacker. The police also began verifying whether the suspect had visited the area earlier in the day. Officers said that all angles will be considered and stressed that the investigation is moving forward.

Later, detectives from the crime team joined the probe. They reviewed the scene to understand how the attacker entered and fled. They also checked nearby surroundings to find CCTV cameras that may have captured movement around the time of the murder. Police said they will examine the footage as part of the inquiry. However, officials added that it is too early to conclude any specific motive.

The incident left the neighbourhood in shock as residents expressed concern over the safety of young girls staying alone at home. Many gathered near the residence as police continued their work. Officers requested the public not to spread rumours and assured that more details will be released after verification. The police confirmed that more details are awaited as the investigation continues.
