Interstate Gang Of House Burglars Arrested

Hyderabad, Aug 29 (Maxim News): The sleuths of Bowenpally Police today apprehended four members interstate gang of Pune and Maharashtra at Tadbund X road Bowenpally and recovered gold ornaments weighing 10 tolas, cash worth Rs. 60,000, and one Suzuki Bike all worth Rs. 4.60 lakh 

According to Chandana Deepti, Deputy Commissioner of Police, North Zone, Hyderabad the Accuased-1) Nilesh Ankush Kale @ Nilesh S/o AnukushHarichandra kale, age 51 years, Occ: vegetable Business at Pune city, Caste: Hindu Paashiparthi, R/o Near Army Camp, Dehu road, Gandhi Nagar, Zopadpatti, Maval, Pune (D), Maharashtra State. Accused -2) Akash Bhavarsingh Rajput @ Akash S/o late Bhavarsingh Gulab Singh Rajput, age: 21 years, Occ: Pranav Pan Shop at Pune city, Caste: Hindu Maruwadi, R/o Near Ayesha Majid, Khadan, Vidya Nagar, Zopadpatti, Chinchwad, Havali Town, Pune (D), Maharashtra State.  Accused -3) Vishal Anil Nalawade @ Vishal S/o Anil Digambar Nalawade, age: 25  years, Occ: Auto Driver at Pune city, Caste: Hindu Vadar, R/o Near Ganesh Provijan Stores, Ram Nagar, Zopadpatti, Chinchwad, Havali Town, Pune (D), Maharashtra State. Accused 4) Shankar Dnyaneshwar Adagle @ Shankar S/o Dnyaneshwar Dadha Rao Adagle, age: 20 years, Occ: Inter 2nd year in Shri Mhalsakant Vidyalaya Jr. College in Akurdi Pune, Caste: Hindu Mang, R/o Near Ganesh Temple, Thergaon, Haveli, Pune, Maharashtra State.  Accused -5) Dinesh Nilesh Kale @ Dinesh and Accused 6 Shareef are absconding 

The facts of the case are that on August 22 at 1900 hours One Ch. Ramesh, S/o: Late Ch. Yellalah, Age: 45 yrs, Occ: Business (Civil Contractor), R/o flat. No. F-2, Plot No 08, Maruthi Home’s, Back side of Warangal Rice Store, Bapuji Nagar, Bowenpally, Secunderabad came to PS and lodged a complaint that, on Aug 22 in the early morning his two daughters Ch. Ramaya, Age: 27 yrs, went to Job (in Global Logic Company at Jubilee Hills) and Ch. Sowmya, Age: 19 yrs, went to College (Inter 2nd Year in Sri Chaitanya Junior College at Kukat Pally), Later at about 1330 hrs he along with his wife Ch. Ramadevi, Age: 40 yrs went to the workplace (construction Building place) at Alwal, then after his Son ch. Ranjeeth Kumar, Age: 23 yrs, at about 1400 hrs went to Kukatpally to pay the bus fee of Ch Sowmya. At about 1615 hrs Ch. Ramaya went home and saw the main door broken and immediately called her parents and said that their House’s main door was Broken, he immediately rushed to the house at 1630 hrs and checked the almirah, and found the following property missing 1) one gold Necklace weight about 2.5 Tula, 2) one gold chain weight about 1.25 Tula, 3) One set Gold ear rings (Makana Kundanalu Ear Rings of one set) weight about 1 Tula And Cash of Rs. 1,30,000/-. He checked his Bed room and other places but in Vain. Hence requested to take necessary action as per Law.

The accused A-1 Nilesh Ankush Kale @ Nilesh is a notorious house burglary offender in Maharashtra state and commits offenses during the day time, he would come to the apartments and look for the locked houses if somebody asked him who he was, he replied that he came to search the house for rent purpose, otherwise, he will break open the locked houses using Screwdriver and enter to the houses and break open the Almaras and stolen away the gold ornaments and cash.

He was involved in more than 25 cases in Pune and other parts of Maharashtra state and for the last four years, he was in jail and released on 15th August of 2023 from the jail. Then after releasing from jail, he Hatched a plan that he will commit thefts in other areas and chose Hyderabad for committing house burglaries, as per his plan he engaged five other known persons (A2 to A6) and revealed his plan to commit thefts at Hyderabad and the accused A2 Akash Bhavarsingh Rajput arranged his Suzuki access bike for the commission of the offense. (The said Bike was transported from Pune to Hyderabad by Train. On 20-08-2023 they all started from Pune in Lokamanya Tilak Express and came to Hyderabad in the early morning of August 21 and boarded in Sri Radha lodge, at Secunderabad and committed offenses in Bowenpally, Malkajgiri, Chilkalguda, and Gopalapuram police stations Limits.

Bowenpally Crime team made efforts and verified more than 80 CC cameras to identify the accused persons.   Due to the active efforts made by V. Sadar Naik, Det. Inspector of Police, Bowenpally and  B. Lakshmi Narayana Reddy, SHO, Bowenpally, and crime staff under the supervision of  V.V.S Ramalinga Raju, Asst. Commissioner of Police, Begumpet Division, and  B. Madhu Sudhan Rao, Addl. DCP, North Zone nabbed the above accused and recovered the above-stolen property. The efforts of the above officers and staff are highly appreciated and proposals are being forwarded to the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad for suitably rewarding them. (Maxim Newws)
