IPS Officer Abhishek Mahanthi Get Relief From Telangana High Court

Hyderabad, Mar 24 (Maxim News): IPS officer Abhishek Mahanthi has got relief from the Telangana High Court.

The top court has ordered that he should not be relieved from Telangana until the CAT inquiry is over. Recently, the Union Home Ministry had ordered Abhishek Mahanthi to go to AP.

He approached CAT challenging the orders of the Union Home Ministry. He filed a petition in the High Court asking not be relieved until the CAT inquiry is over.

In this regard, the High Court ordered CAT to decide his petition quickly. It said that he should not be relieved from Telangana until the inquiry is over. (Maxim News)
