Dubai, July 16: Iran on Thursday warned that it would destroy “all the infrastructure in the region” if the United States escalates its military strikes, as tensions continue to rise amid ongoing attacks targeting Iranian facilities.
Iran’s Khatam al Anbiya Central Headquarters issued the warning after US President Donald Trump repeatedly stated that Washington could target Iran’s power plants and bridges.
Colonel Ebrahim Zolfaghari, spokesperson for the military command, said Iran’s armed forces would respond forcefully to any further US military action.

Zolfaghari said all regional infrastructure would face destruction if the United States carried out its threats against Iran.
“All the infrastructure in the region will be crushed under the steel blows of the powerful armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran,” he said.
He also warned that Iran would not allow any foreign military interference in the Strait of Hormuz, describing it as the country’s “invincible red line.”
The latest statement comes as US airstrikes against Iranian targets continue to intensify, further raising concerns over regional security and the safety of international shipping through the strategically important waterway.
