Israeli Forces Stepped Up Efforts To Fully Occupy Gaza

Gaza City/Internet/Hyderabad, Aug 25 (Maxim News): Israeli forces have stepped up their efforts to fully occupy Gaza City in the Gaza Strip, as previously announced. Eyewitnesses said that attacks and explosions continued throughout the night on refugee camps in Jabalia, north of Gaza City. They said that the Israeli army is trying to turn Jabalia into a pile of rubble, like Rafah.

Bombings continued overnight in the areas of Zeytoun, Shezayya, ad Sabra, Israeli prime Minister netanyahu has announced that 60,000 reserve forces will soon be deployed for this military operation, Israeli forces are also blowing up buildings in Jabalia, near Gaza City, to prepare the stage for this.

Four more people were killed when Israeli forces opened fire on people arriving at a food distribution center in Gaza City on sunday. Eyewitnesses said the incident took place near the Netzarim corridor. Some people ran in fear of the gunfire, while others fell to the ground.

The Gaza health department said that 2,000 Palestinians have been killed and 13,500 injured in Israeli shelling of food distribution centers set up by the UN and other organizations. Similarly, 8 more people died of malnutrition, bringing the total number of deaths to 281. It said that 115of them were children. Meanwhile, the World Health Organization said that the Israeli army released its staff, which had been taken from Gaza since July 21, on Sunday. It did not disclose other details. (Maxim News)
