Hyderabad, Aug 18 (Maxim News): Many speakers have demanded that strong laws be brought to prevent attacks on doctors. In protest against the murder of a junior female doctor in Kolkata, the Telangana State Committee of the Indian Medical Association (IMA) organized a large-scale protest and rallies.

A dharna was held at Indira Park. Hundreds of doctors and junior doctors working in government and private hospitals across the city came to Dharna Chowk at a rally wearing black badges and protesting.

MP Eatala Rajender said that even if the laws are amended, there is nothing wrong in publicly hanging those who commit rape against women. Indian Medical Association Telangana State Committee President Dr. P.Kaliprasadaz Rao, General Secretary Dr. Vijayarao, Finance Secretary Dr. R.K.
