Jagga Reddy Holds Review On Water Supply
Hyderabad, April 13 (Maxim News): Congress Party MLA T. Jagga Reddy today held a review meeting with Sadasivapeta Mandal officials and reviewed the status of sanitation and water supply in the mandal.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that he had sanctioned ₹ 50 lakh for taking sanitation and drinking water supply works in the mandal. He also said that the officials and mandal level Public representatives were working in an excellent manner to prevent the spread of corona virus. The officials told the MLA that they had completed bleaching powder and sodium hypochlorite spraying process in 29 villages of the mandal. The MLA told the officials to keep the stocks of bleaching powder and hypo chloride in the mandal. The officials also told the MLA that the supply of rice had been completed in the Mandal and added that 70 percent of the pensions were also distributed in the mandal.
They also told Reddy that our of the 38 villages in the mandal, 35 villages were being supplied with Mission Bhageeratha water and the added that they were supplying water through tankers in the remaining three villages of the mandal. The MLA asked the officials to take steps to prevent any kind of water shortage till the completion of the summer season. He said that he would bring more funds if required for the mandal.
