Hyderabad, Aug.19 (Maxim News): Congress Party MLA T. Jagga Reddy lashed out at Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao for failing to take proper steps for the containment of Covid 19 virus in the state.
Speaking to media persons at assembly media point, He claimed that the CM had responded on the issue after PM Narendra Modi’s initiative to prevent the deadly virus. He alleged that the state government had no plans to contain the virus and mocked that the state cabinet ministers were confined to making tall statements on the issue. He said that CM KCR was not scared of the people of the state and added that the CM was aware of the weakness of the people of the state. He claimed that the CM was of the opinion that he would get votes if he spent ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 to buy voters at the time of elections.
Referring to the strictures passed by the high court of the state, He also said that neither the CM nor the Chief secretary have any regard to the high court of the State too. He said that his party leader Rahul Gandhi spoke first about the threat of the Covid 19 virus in January this year and added that PM Modi had reacted on the issue after one month of the statement of their party leader. He said that the entire state was aware of the statement of CM KCR on the corona virus in the State Assembly. (Maxim News)
