Jagga Reddy targets govt over inter results
Hyderabad, Dec.23 (Maxim News): Congress party MLA T. Jagga Reddy today slammed the state government on the issue of the declaration of the intermediate first year results . He alleged that the entire education system was destroyed due to the negligence of the state government. He said that the intermediate students were facing a lot of problems for the last two years due to the negligence of the state government.
He made these remarks while addressing a protest program held before the office of the intermediate board at Nampally. Reddy also sat for dharna on the issue in support of the failed intermediate students.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that as against the 4.5 lakh inter first year students, who appeared for the exams. 2.35 lakh failed in the exams. He said that the students were passed in many states of the country by keeping in view of their Covid pandemic and added that the state government did not do so despite the suicides of the students. He said that all those who could not clear the exams , belonged to government colleges. He said that the government college students could not attend the classes due to the Covid pandemic .
He said that the state government did not provide Internet facility to the students and added that the private college students cleared the exams as they attended the online classes. He demanded the state government to take decision in the issue of the failed students. (Maxim News)
