Hyderabad, Dec.22 (Maxim News): General body meeting of Journalists Co-operative Housing Society Limited (JCHSL) was held at Potti Sri Ramulu Telugu University Dr NTR Auditorium Hall at Nampally. JCHSL president D Venkata Chary presided over the meeting.
Presenting the report, Society secretary MSH Hashmi said as per the decisions taken earlier, the managing committee members visited Ghatkesar (Keesara), Maheshwaram, Shadnagar, Chevella and Choutuppal to find out suitable lands for allotment of house sites/flats to non-allottee members. He said all possible efforts were being made to acquire lands for the sake of non-allottee members.
The general body authorized the managing committee to construct Journalists’ Bhavan on its office premises at Journalists’ Colony, Jubilee Hills with the society’s own funds. It also authorized the committee to construct a cultural center at its Gopanapally colony on Build, Operate and Transfer basis. (Maxim News)
