In this context, police registered a case at the Jubilee Hills police station for alleged violations of the Model Code of Conduct. The case names A1 Maganti Sunitha, A2 Maganti Akshara, Yusufguda Corporator Rajkumar Patel, and four others.

The complaint states they campaigned at a place of worship without taking permission. Meanwhile, election officials are continuing routine by-poll procedures alongside the probe.

According to the input, the complaint to the Returning Officer focused on attempts to influence those who were going to offer Friday prayers.

Then, based on this representation, the MCC violation was recorded. Also, the reference to Venkatagiri and the Yusufguda division places the incident within the Jubilee Hills jurisdiction. This aligns with the registration of the case at the local police station.

The Model Code of Conduct bars campaigning at places of worship and requires prior permissions for public outreach. Therefore, the allegation of campaigning without permission has become central to the FIR. Later steps will depend on the investigation and any directions from the election authorities.
