Judicial Custody Of MLC Kavitha Extended Till July 22

Delhi/Hyderabad, July 18 (Maxim News): The court once again extended the judicial custody of BRS MLC Kalwakuntla Kavitha in the Delhi Liquor Scam CBI case.  The court decided to extend the judicial custody till July 22 in this case.  On the other hand, given Kavitha’s unwellness, the court ordered her to undergo medical tests at AIIMS.

Meanwhile, in the Delhi Liquor Scam CBI case, a petition on judicial custody was heard in the court today. On this occasion, the court extended the judicial custody.  Further, the jail authorities produced Kavitha through video conference for investigation in the liquor case

On this occasion, Kavitha Advocate brought to the attention of the judge the health problems she was facing and the differences in the test results.

With this, the court allowed Kavitha to undergo a medical examination.  The court ordered that Kavitha undergo medical tests at AIIMS. 

The court has issued orders to submit the report after the medical examination.  Meanwhile, Kavitha fell ill in jail two days ago and was examined at the Deen Dayal Government Hospital.
