Nizamabad/Hyderabad, Jan 6 (Maxim News): Former Minister and MLA Vemula Prashanth Reddy said that KCR launched the Kalyana Lakshmi scheme to wipe away the tears of the girls in the poor households. On Tuesday, he distributed Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak cheques at the MLA camp office in Balkonda mandal center and spoke. People voted for the Congress party believing in the promises made by the party.
He criticized the Congress government for not fulfilling a single promise even after two years in power. He said that women sisters should note that the promises of gold, Rs. 2,500 for women and Rs. 4,000 pension have not been fulfilled. He called for a suitable lesson to be taught when the time comes. He said that they will fight against the government on behalf of the people until the promises made by the Congress are implemented. (Maxim News)
