A Kamareddy suicide has triggered shock and grief after a man ended his life, citing his inability to support his family. The incident took place in Kamareddy district, where police registered a case and began an investigation after receiving information. The man died while undergoing treatment, according to the input.

The deceased was identified as Prahlad, aged 30, from Veerapurdubba village in Birkur mandal. He married Soundarya, who is also from the same village, ten years ago. The couple has three daughters. They are Sneha, aged eight, Harshita, aged six, and Vasundhara, aged four. Prahlad worked as a daily wage labourer and supported his family through his earnings.

However, financial stress weighed heavily on him. He often worried about how to educate his three daughters. He also worried about their future marriages. Meanwhile, his wife Soundarya is nine months pregnant. She is due to deliver on January 26. The input states that Prahlad feared the fourth child would also be a daughter. Therefore, on Saturday afternoon, he consumed poison in front of his family members.

Family members reacted quickly and rushed Prahlad to a hospital. However, as his condition worsened, doctors referred him to Nizamabad for better treatment. Later that night, Prahlad died while receiving treatment there. Following his death, doctors conducted a postmortem examination on Sunday. Authorities then handed over the body to his family.

Meanwhile, police continued their investigation into the Kamareddy suicide. The input also reveals that this was not the first such attempt by Prahlad. He had attempted suicide three times earlier. Each time, his family members managed to save him, according to their statements. These details have become part of the police inquiry.

The incident has created a stir in the local area. It has also drawn attention to the pressures faced by daily wage workers supporting large families. Police officials said they are examining all aspects linked to the death. Further action will follow based on the findings of the investigation, as per procedure.
