Kavitha Series Of Meetings With Prashant Kishor

Hyderabad, Jan 19 (Maxim News): Telangana Jagruthi president Kalvakuntla Kavitha hopes to make a strong mark in Telangana politics by the time of the next assembly elections. It seems that she has decided to go to the elections by forming her own party. For this, she is taking strategic steps. As part of this, Kavitha is holding a series of meetings with election strategist and Jan Suraj Party founder Prashant Kishor. It is reported that Prashant Kishor came to Hyderabad twice in a span of about 60 days and met Kavitha.

During the Sankranti festival, Kavitha and PK met in Hyderabad. On this occasion, it is reported that Kavitha had a long discussion with Prashant Kishore on various issues including forming a party for the people of Telangana, making their party owned by the people, and how to work from the perspective of the people. It is known that Kavitha is already being studied by 50 committees for the formulation of party policies. It is known that Kavitha has increased the pace in the efforts to form a party to protect Telangana’s own political existence.

Kavitha, the president of the Telangana Jagruti Sanstha, played an active role in the movement for a separate state. Telangana state was formed in 2014. In the general elections held at the same time, Kavitha won as the TRS party candidate from the Nizamabad parliamentary constituency. In the subsequent elections, i.e. in 2019, she contested again from the same seat and was defeated by BJP candidate Dharmapuri Arvind.

Kavitha was sent to the Legislative Council by the party leader KCR on behalf of BRS. In the wake of the developments that followed, Kavitha resigned from the primary membership of the BRS party as well as the post of MLC. Kavitha went to the people as the president of Telangana Jagruthi. It is known that she is touring the state under the name of Janam Bata and confronting the government on their problems. By establishing her own party, Kavitha hopes to stand as a strong competitor to the leading political parties in the upcoming Telangana Assembly elections. For that, she is taking steps in that direction. In this context, she is holding a series of meetings with Prashant Kishore. (Maxim News)
