KCR Discusses 10 Key Issues with PM Modi
Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s intervention and support in various administrative, development, and infrastructure initiatives undertaken by the Telangana government.
He also demanded that the Centre fulfil its commitments and address outstanding problems concerning the State.
During his 50-minute meeting with PM Modi, the Chief Minister presented a bouquet of representation.
KCR has suggested the creation of a Hyderabad-Nagpur Industrial Corridor (HNIC), advocated for the IPS cadre review in the state, and requested a one-time payment from the Union government for the planned integrated state-of-the-art Textile Park in Warangal.
The Chief Minister asked that the Centre construct new Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) in Telangana to serve the newly constituted rural districts.
He has asked PM Modi help improving the roads as part of the Pradhan Mantri Grameen Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) initiative.
He has urged the Prime Minister to approve the establishment of an IIM in Hyderabad and also sought the approval of the IIIT in Karimnagar.
