Hyderabad, June 15 (Maxim News): Former Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao gave an explanation to the Justice Narasimha Reddy Commission regarding the purchase of electricity. He explained that there would have been a situation where lakhs of agricultural pump sets would have been burnt if the electricity was not supplied. All kinds of approvals have been obtained and progress has been made. A commission was set up by a political party to discredit me and the then government.
