KCR Govt’s Expiry Date Reached, Priyanka Gandhi Slams Betrayal of People’s Trust

Hyderabad, Nov 24 (Maxim News): Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi has launched a scathing attack on the BRS government led by Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, declaring that its tenure has expired and it has betrayed the trust of every section of society.

Addressing a rally in Palakurthi, Priyanka asserted that the public had entrusted BRS with the responsibility of fulfilling their aspirations for water resources and quotas, but the government has neglected these crucial issues.

“The BRS government has failed to address the pressing concerns of the people, turning its back on the promises made,” Priyanka declared. “The state is facing a severe water crisis, yet the government has failed to take concrete steps to alleviate the situation. Similarly, the issue of quotas has been relegated to the backburner, leaving marginalized communities in a state of despair.”

Priyanka’s criticism extended to the BJP as well, labeling both parties as “two sides of the same coin” that have consistently ignored the plight of the impoverished. She lamented the alarming unemployment rate in Telangana, particularly among the youth, who are struggling to secure their future amidst the leakage of examination papers. The dire lack of job opportunities has driven many young individuals to the brink of despair, even leading to tragic incidents of suicide.

“Both BRS and BJP have failed to provide a lifeline to the struggling masses,” Priyanka asserted. “Their policies have exacerbated the existing inequalities and further marginalized the vulnerable sections of society.”

Priyanka Gandhi’s message underscores the deep-rooted discontent with the KCR government’s failure to address critical issues affecting the populace. Her condemnation of the broader political landscape highlights the urgent need for a paradigm shift that prioritizes the welfare of the underprivileged and marginalized. (Maxim News)
