KCR Planning To Handover Power To KTR After Civic Polls: Laxman
Hyderabad, Jan.4 (Maxim News): BJP State president Dr Laxman responded on the speculation over the change of Chief Minister.
Addressing the media here today along with senior party leaders and media convener Sudhakara Sharma at the State BJP headquarters, Laxman asserted that after the municipal elections, Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao was planning to hand over the charge to his son K. Taraka Rama Rao, IT and Municipal Administration Minister.
Laxman said if not now, it would be never possible in the near future. He also predicted that KCR doesn’t want to commit the mistake like Congress president Sonia Gandhi with regard to her son Rahul Gandhi issue. He also alleged that there was a conspiracy by the Election Commission and the TRS government behind the early elections to the municipalities and municipal corporations.
He also criticized that with political benefits and selfishness the Chief Minister appointed Somesh Kumar as the Chief Secretary. He also questioned the Chief Minister as to how Somesh Kumar was appointed superseding several senior IAS officers in total violation of the Constitution, he said. (Maxim News)
