KCR sure of winning 106 seats if Assembly polls held immediately
Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has exuded confidence that the TRS party would win 101 to 106 seats if the elections are held immediately.
Addressing the TRSLP meeting on Thursday, the Chief Minister KCR said, “A survey was conducted in all aspects. I have full information on everyone’s performance. The party will win 106 seats if the elections were conducted immediately now”. He handed over the report of two surveys to the MLAs and MLCs who attended the meeting and said the State’s economic growth was 19.5 percent.
KCR asked the members to attend the budget session regularly and behave in the House. He suggested to the Ministers to come to the House half-an-hour before the commencement of the House with full knowledge on all issues.
He suggested to V Prashanth Reddy and V Srinivas Goud to propose vote of thanks on the Governor’s speech. The party enrollment program would be launched within three days, he said and directed the party leaders to complete it within 15 days. He also spoke to the party district leaders on the occasion and gave enrollment targets to them.
KCR also gave progress reports to the MLAs district-wise: Adilabad-Koneru Konappa (70 Marks), Nallala Odelu (65%), Chinnaiah (64%), Kova Laxmi (62%), Vittal Reddy (62%), Indrakaran Reddy (58%), Jogu Ramanna (38%), Bapurao (36%), Diwakararao (32%), Rekha Naik (30%). Tummala Nageshwara Rao was on top and Madanlal was at the bottom in Khammam district.
