Hyderabad, Sept. 3 (Maxim News): Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will hold a Cabinet meeting for the second time in the next three days amid speculation that he is likely to recommend to the Governor for dissolution of state Assembly paving way for early poll.

Mr Rao,will convene a cabinet meet again likely before September 6 amid talk of the ruling TRS government’s move to go ahead with dissolving the Telangana Assembly before September 10, according to party sources.
In the party’s massive public meeting “Pragati Nivedana Sabha” held at Kogara Kalan, on the outskirts of the city on Sunday evening, Mr Rao declared his political plan of action would be put before the people soon as his cabinet colleagues and party MLAs have authorized him to take any decision on the future plans for the welfare of the state.
The CM’s 45-minutes speech came as a disappointment to the massive public, which was in anticipation of a major political announcement about going for an early Assembly Poll.
Indicating early Assembly election, the Chief Minister also said that a committee headed by party Secretary General K Keshava Rao would come up with the party’s next election manifesto. The party’s election manifesto will be announced six-months before the next election.
