Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao today warned banks not to dishonour the Rythu Bandhu cheques and ensure that everyone of them is honoured when presented to them.
Addressing a meeting with district Collectors, senior officials of different departments at Pragati Bhavan here, the Chief Minister said “We have made arrangements with the banks to ensure availability of cash. If banks do not provide cash to farmers when the cheques are presented, then the government will take action against such banks.”
