Chennai/Hyderabad, April 11 (Maxim News): A key development has taken place in Tamil Nadu politics. The AIADMK-BJP alliance has been finalized ahead of the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections in 2026.
After meeting Palaniswami, Amit Shah announced that he will contest the upcoming Tamil Nadu Assembly elections together with the AIADMK.
Moreover, Amit Shah also announced Palaniswami’s name as the CM candidate from the NDA alliance in Tamil Nadu. Amit Shah made it clear that the BJP has finalized its alliance with the AIADMK without any conditions.
It is noteworthy that Amit Shah announced the alliance of the AIADMK with the NDA by sitting Palaniswami on one side and Annamalai on the other in the media conference. (Maxim News)
