Delhi/Hyderabad, Nov 5 (Maxim News): A key development has taken place in the “Vote-for-Note” case. Supreme Court Justice Satishchandra Sharma has recused himself from the hearing of the case filed by the State government and Elvis Stephenson challenging the Telangana High Court’s verdict removing the name of Jerusalem Mattiah from the FIR in this case.

In 2015, Telangana ACB registered a case in the then TDP MLA Revanth Reddy tried to lure the nominated MLA during the election of MLAs quota MLC in Telangana. ACB also released the video of Revanth Reddy’s discussion with nominated MLA Stephen Son and it became a sensation. Revanth Reddy was arrested in that case and went to jail. (Maxim News)
