Kishan Reddy Writes Open Letter To Sonia Gandhi

Hyderabad, Dec 21 (Maxim News): Union Minister Kishan Reddy has written an open letter to Congress leader Sonia Gandhi. In this letter, the document book prepared by the state government titled Telangana Rising – 2047 Vision was recently presented to you by Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy who came to Delhi recently.

At that time, he appreciated the performance of the government during his 2 years of rule and the vision of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy regarding the development of the state, and wished to take the state forward on the path of development in accordance with the Telangana Rising – 2047 Vision document.

However, during the campaign for the Telangana State Assembly elections in 2023, you attended a public meeting organized by the Congress Party in Tukkuguda on the outskirts of Hyderabad on 17 September 2023, and not only unveiled the manifesto prepared by the Congress Party in the name of Abhayahastam regarding the assembly elections, but also announced that you yourself would implement 6 guarantees as soon as you come to power.

The Congress party won the assembly elections and came to power after completing 2 years of rule. During these 2 years, during the elections, did you, your family members Rahul Gandhi, Mrs. Priyanka Gandhi and your party ever try to make the people of Telangana aware of the implementation of the manifesto or the implementation of the 6 guarantees that you yourself announced?

At least when Chief Minister Revanth Reddy met you, did you ask about the implementation of these? You congratulated Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for your 2 years of rule. That is, you do not seem to know about the implementation of the promises made to the people of Telangana or the facts of whether the 6 guarantees were provided to the people or not. It is not like you even tried to find out.

But, abandoning the promises made and deceiving the people of Telangana, your party and you are congratulating each other with a new vision document in the name of development of the Telangana government. You who came to power during the elections by making fraudulent promises, are now again making new promises in the state in the name of the vision document.

And have the guarantees given during the elections been blown away? Have the 420 promises given in the election plan been mixed in the Musi River? Or have they been buried in Gandhi Bhavan? The people of Telangana should be informed.

It has been 2 years since the Congress party came to power in the state. Even now, before making new assumptions, new hopes and new promises, the people of Telangana want you to stand by your word on implementing the promises made in the past. Otherwise, the very hand of protection you have used will turn into a hand of ashes in your favor in the form of public anger and will not stop you from being removed from power! I request you to clarify the stand of the Congress government especially on the promises made to farmers, women, unemployed, students, Dalits, tribals and backward classes in the name of guarantees. Remember that if you cheat in implementing the promises made, the people of Telangana will also react and teach you a suitable lesson in supporting you in the future, the Union Minister mentioned in his open letter.
