Hyderabad, April 20 (Maxim News): State Industries Minister KTR said managements of different industries to not remove their employees during lockdown period. He said that the responsibility to take care of the well being of the employees lied on the shoulders of the company managements and the state government. He made these remarks during his video conference with the officials of district industries department and labour department along with state labour minister Ch. Malla Reddy.
Speaking on the occasion he said that the state government had already issued orders for the payment of the salaries of the employees and added that the state government had also provided certain relaxations to the industries in the payment of power charges and property tax. He also said that they had given 12 kgs of free rice and ₹500 to all migrant workers of the state. He told the officials the steps initiated by the state government was being followed by the other states of the country. (Maxim News)
