KTR Brother-In-Law Files Petition To Grant Anticipatory Bail

Hyderabad, Oct 28 (Maxim News): BRS Working President K.Tarak Rama Rao’s brother-in-law Raj Pakala approached the Telangana High Court in the Janwada Farmhouse Rave Party case.

Raj Pakala filed a lunch motion petition in the High Court on Monday. He filed a petition in the High Court following information that the police were trying to arrest him illegally. It seems that Raj Pakala has filed a petition in the High Court granting anticipatory bail to prevent the police from taking any action against him.

On the other hand, after the farmhouse rave party incident, Raj Pakala seems to have gone into hiding. It is also reported that the phone has also been switched off. It seems that Raj Pakala has also switched off the phone as there is a possibility of finding Raj Pakala’s whereabouts and arresting him through the phone signal.

However, the police are continuing to investigate whether Raj Pakala is still in Hyderabad or has gone somewhere else. Since an FIR has already been registered in this matter, the police thought that Raj Pakala should be interrogated accordingly. He has already disappeared.

In this order, it seems that Raj Pakala said that even though the police wanted to give notices to Raj Pakala yesterday. he will cooperate with the investigation and come whenever called for investigation. As part of that, the police retreated. But even though the police waited for Raj Pakala till evening, the police once again issued notices as he did not come. A notice was pasted on the wall of the villa where Raj Pakala was staying.

Raj Pakala has not appeared for the investigation even though the police have told him to come for the investigation this morning.  Mainly in the context of Raj Pakala’s key role in the case, the police believe that if he is interrogated,  more things may come to light.  

Also, a person has tested positive for drugs at that party.  A man named Vijay Madduri was found to have taken cocaine.  When the police interrogated Vijay about who had given the cocaine to the man, he said in the statement that Raj Pakala had given the cocaine to the man.  It remains to be seen where the drugs for Raj Pakala came from  The Mokila police want to interrogate Raj Pakala on these matters.  Notices were also issued accordingly.  Also, there is a possibility of conducting drug tests for the rest of the party participants. It seems that many women also participated in the party.  It is known that all of them also refused to undergo drug tests first.   

In this order, it is reported that the police are planning to conduct drug tests on them once again.  there is a possibility that the police will arrest Raj Pakala if he does not attend the hearing.  The police formed four teams to search for Raj Pakala. (Maxim News)
