KTR Blames Congress For The Loss

The ten years of KCR’s rule was a golden age for cultivation…why did the area under cultivation fall suddenly when the Congress came to power? He expressed concern that the reduction in cultivated area by 15.30 lakh acres in a single year is the first danger sign for the livelihood of Telangana farmers. He wants to tell why the agricultural crisis has arisen in eight months in Telangana, which has grown as a source of food for the country within a decade.

KTR alleged that this situation has arisen due to the disorganized policies of the government. The words of the Chief Minister were infuriating that the hands crossing the forts were not crossing the gate of the Secretariat. ‘There is no vision to use the Kaleshwaram project. There is no plan to fill the reservoirs. There is no intelligence to divert water to ponds. In one word, there is no assurance of farmer’s livelihood under the Congress rule, said KTR.

He said that from Adilabad to Alampur, the situation of food donors has become very miserable. He said that apart from mud politics, this Chief Minister does not have any means of providing irrigation water on time. He said that the situation of those days where the farmers were given tippas, passbooks and sandals in the queue for fertilizers and seeds was brought back. It is said that they go to the banks for new loans.. Day and night without difference. The deaths of tenant farmers are also a cause for concern. KTR expressed his anger that this situation has come because of the Congress government’s inability to take vision or decisions that benefit the farmers. (Maxim News)
