KTR said that Kaushik Reddy is fighting against government corruption. He said that such illegal cases are being made to threaten the opposition who are questioning the government. He accused the government that public governance means filing illegal cases against public representatives who question them.
He questioned whether Kaushik Reddy’s crime was to bring public issues to the attention of the ZP meeting. He questioned whether it is wrong to hold an MLA meeting with the mandal education officer on the education facilities provided to the poor students in the government schools of the constituency, as well as the maintenance of sanitation in the classrooms and the creation of facilities. He said that the DEO had given illegal notices to the mandal education officers as to why they had attended this meeting. KTR said that Kaushik Reddy expressed his anger that the DEO, who is a government official, was behaving like a Congress Party worker and raised the same issue in the ZP meeting.

KTR questioned whether Kaushik Reddy had the right to organize the meeting as per his authority as a local MLA. Apart from the distribution of Dalit Bandhu cheques, KCR Kittu and Nutrition Kit are given in the government hospital as well as our MLA Padi Kaushik asked to post a gynecologist in the government hospital for women. He said that he tried to protest as the collector was not paying attention in the ZP meeting. KTR criticized the government saying that in a democracy even a public representative has no right to protest. He said that instead of focusing on the issues complained about by Kaushik Reddy, illegal cases are being opened with a conspiracy to silence the opposition. KTR alleged that this case was filed under the pressure of government officials. He expressed anger that filing an illegal case against Kaushik Reddy was a malicious act.
He demanded immediate withdrawal of the case. Kaushik Reddy has been fighting for people’s problems since he won as MLA of Huzurabad, staying in the constituency. The corruption and irregularities of government officials are being exposed. That is why they are trying to bring pressure through cases, he criticized.

Criminal Case

KTR asked the government if this is what Indiramma’s rule and public rule mean. He made it clear that no matter how many such threats are made, BRS will be the voice of the public. Congress party will deal with illegal cases legally. Still, he advised people to refrain from retaliatory actions and do good deeds for the people. (Maxim News)
