KTR Lost His Senses After Setback In LS Elections: Kishan Reddy
Hyderabad, Aug.21 (Maxim News): Union minister of state for home affairs G. Kishan Reddy on Wednesday came down heavily on ruling TRS party working president KTR for his statement on BJP and its working president JP Nadda. He advised KTR to ask his sister and the party leader K. Kavitha about the BJP and it’s presence in the State. Reddy made these remarks after inaugurating the ESI Medical College’s Hospital in the city along with another Union Minister Santosh Gangwar.
Speaking on the occasion, Kishan alleged that KTR had lost his senses after the defeat of the party in seven MP seats of the state. He made it clear that they would not make arrogant statements like KTR. He said that KTR would alone make such comments that he was not aware who JP Nadda was. He asked KTR if he didn’t meet Nadda at Delhi on several occasions along with his party MPs. Commenting on the upcoming municipal elections, Reddy said that the party would register an impressive victory in GHMC elections. He made it clear that their target was to come to power in the year 2023 in the state.
The Union Minister of the State also refuted the news reports that the Center was planning to turn state capital Hyderabad into a union territory while noting that the Central Government would not take any decision based on the reports of social media. He also responded on the issue of shifting of Andhra Pradesh state capital and said that the state government had the powers to decide on its capital city while noting that the Center has no role to play in the issue.
