Kuntia Slams Govt For Not Taking Action Against Minister & BIE Officials

Hyderabad, April 28 (Maxim News): Congress party’s State in-charge RC Kuntia today alleged that the State government was not taking any action against the culprits of Intermediate Board irregularities despite submission of the report by the three-member committee constituted by the State government.

Speaking to mediapersons here on Sunday, Kuntia said 26 Intermediate students had committed suicides so far. He asked the government as to why it did not suspend Education Minister G Jagadish Reddy so far. Kuntia also said they would hold a dharna on Monday before the Board of Intermediate Education office along with all the Opposition parties.

Kuntia also made it clear that they would not keep silent on the issue till justice was done to the affected students and their family members. Meanwhile, TPCC president Uttam Kumar Reddy called upon party leaders and workers to make Monday’s all-opposition party dharna a grand success. (Maxim News)
