Lagacharla Violence: High Court Shocks Police

Hyderabad, Nov 20 (Maxim News): A hearing was held today in the High Court on the quash petition of former BRS MLA Patnam Narender Reddy, who was arrested in the Lagacharla incident.

The Court made important comments on this occasion, it asked why he had to be arrested at KBR Park when he went for a walk. The Court commented on why the former MLA was arrested like a terrorist. Is Narendra Reddy on the run?  asked the public prosecutor. The Court asked how a person can be arrested based on phone calls.

At the time of arrest, Narendra Reddy’s family was not informed even by his counsel brought to the attention of the court. However, the court reserved judgment on Narendra Reddy’s quash petition. As a result, there was excitement about what kind of judgment the court would give. On the other hand, the police filed a petition in the Kodangal court to hand over Narendra Reddy to custody.

On the other hand, Narendra Reddy has filed a petition in Vikarabad District Court to grant him bail. Meanwhile, BRS youth leader Suresh, who is the key accused in this case, surrendered before the police yesterday. The magistrate remanded him for 14 days.  (Maxim News)
