Hyderabad, July 29 (Maxim News): The Congress government led by the Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is preparing to auction lands in the suburbs of Hyderabad. Officials have prepared proposals for the sale of 66 acres through TGIIC. The Telangana government has decided to auction 4 plots in Rayadurgam, 46 acres in Osmansagar and 13 plots.
The deadline for submitting tenders is August 8. The tender will be awarded on August 12 with a technical presentation at TGIIC on the same day. The market price for plot q15A/2 in Rayadurgam has been fixed at Rs. 71.60 crore. also, a total of 7.67 acres of land in Rayadurgam at Rs. 104.74 crore.
In the past, Kokapet became Kotrepet with land auctions. An acre fetched a record price of ERs. 100.75 crore in the land auction. In 2022, Rajapushpa Realty, which had bought the highest acre for Rs. 60.20 crore in the land auction held in Kokapet, came forward to buy an acre for Rs. 100 crore in 2023. While the HMDA officials hadf set a minimum price of Rs. 35 crore per acre. The average price per acre fetched was Rs. 73.23 crore, exceeding the officials’ expectations.
