Last Date Of Registration Of All Houses, Land By Oct 10

Hyderabad, Oct.1 (Maxim News): Panchayat Raj minister E Dayakar Rao today set a deadline for registering the details of all houses, lands properties by October 10 for district and mandal officials in the state. The details to be in Dharani portal for providing rights and security to the people on their houses and assets he said.

The government plans to offer Pattadar passbooks to non-agriculture lands he, said. At a video conference from Hyderabad, Dayakar has asked them to ensure proper and exact details of the owners.

As Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao stated the portal to be started on auspicious Dasara festival occasion. Before that we have to compete the process of getting correct details he said

Mutation of the same to be done on heirs if the actual owners die, the minister clarified. Effective coordination among officials concerned will prove handy in this process of registering the houses and properties, he said.

The new revenue act will provide transparent, hassle free services and Dharani portal will have compete details. We aim to end corruption and offer speedy services, the minister remarked. (Maxim News)
