Little boy electrocuted in Narsingi while playing

Hyderabad, Feb.12 (Maxim News): A six-year-old boy was electrocuted when he came into contact with an electric pole at PBEL gated community near at Narsingi on the city outskirts late on Monday.

Police said the boy, Monish, a Class II student, was playing in the play area of the gated community and accidentally touched a lamp-post in the play area and suffered an electric shock. Residents rushed to his rescue and tried to revive him, but in vain. He was shifted to hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. The police and Transco officials rushed to the spot and gathered information from the residents. The Narsingi police booked a negligence case against the developer, management and the residents’ association and are investigating. The body of the child was taken to Tamil Nadu, his native place.
