Mahatma Belonged To All: Krishnasagar

Hyderabad, Oct.1 (Maxim News): BJP State official spokesperson K. Krishnasagar Rao on Tuesday asked the Congress leaders not to own up Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi as their own.

In a statement, the BJP leader alleged that the attitude of the Congress party was denigrating the stature of Mahatma Gandhi. He said Gandhi had united entire people for achieving freedom to the country. He made it clear that Gandhi could never be a politician and added that Gandhi had never occupied any political position.
Krishnasagar Rao said the Congress should stop misleading the people about Mahatma Gandhi.

He said the Congress was a platform for all the freedom fighters to fight for the country’s independence and added that people of all Ideologies worked on the same platform. He claimed that Gandhi wished to close Congress party after India’s independence. (Maxim News)
