Man Involved In Forgery And Cheating Arrested

Hyderabad, Nov 2 (Maxim News): The EOW Police of Cyberabad arrested an accused person, Udandapuram Narsimlu, R/o Shivampet Mandal, Medak district who was involved in forgery and cheating. The accused has created the fabricated and forged documents in respect of government land of Allipur village, Shivampet Mandal, Medak district and made believe the complainant as it is private property and collected Rs. 1.20 crore from the complainant and Rs. 50, thousand from another person by name Aleti Kumar.

The complainant is the priest at Nikhila Sai Maitreya Madhusudhana Saraswati Peetham (Service Society) at Suraram Colony, Jeedimetla. He intended to purchase the land at Shivampet Mandal area to construct a temple. While he was searching for the land, in 2018 he got acquainted with the accused at Tahsildar Office Shivampet Mandal.

There the accused introduced himself as an employee working in the Tahsildar Office, Shivampet Mandal and very soon he would get promoted as Deputy Tahsildar and made believe the complainant. The accused assured the complainant that he would provide the lands to construct the temple. As per his plan, the accused showed him some government lands on the outskirts of Alipur village, Shivampet Mandal, Medak district and the complainant agreed to purchase the land. Later the accused created fake and fabricated pahanis, and other related proceedings said to be issued by Tahsildar Shivampet Mandal, Medak district and given to the complainant and collected Rs. 1,20,00,000/- from the complainant. Likewise, the accused cheated another person Aleti Kumar, and collected Rs. 50,00,000/- from him.

The case is being investigated by L. Samaram Reddy, Economic Offences Wing PS, Cyberabad under the supervision of K. Prasad, Dy. Commissioner of Police, EOW, Cyberabad. (Maxim News)
