Hyderabad: A man allegedly murdered his brother at their house in Chenna Reddy Nagar in Amberpet here in the early hours of Tuesday. A property dispute is suspected to have led to the murder.
Sources said following a heated argument between Shahid and his younger brother Mohd Munavar, the former attacked Munavar with a sharp weapon.
Munavar suffered grievous bleeding injuries and died.
The Amberpet police are investigating.
