MANUU – Azad Day Celebrations begins today

Hyderabad: Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) is celebrating the birth anniversary of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, the first education minister of independent India, from November 7 to 11, 2022.

The Chief Guest, Dr. Oudesh Rani Bawa, Eminent Writer & Columnist will inaugurate Azad Day celebrations 2022 by addressing the students of MANUU Model School in Vattepally, near Falaknuma on November 7, 11-00 am. Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan, Vice Chancellor, MANUU will preside over. Prof. Ishtiaque Ahmed, Registrar, MANUU is the guest of honour.

MANUU is organizing various activities to commemorate the occasion. On 11th November Maulana Azad’s Birth Anniversary, which is also celebrated as National Education day, Azad Memorial Lecture will be organized.

Essay Writing Competition, Exhibition on Books and Rare Photographs & Film Screening on Maulana Azad is also part of the event on November 07.
