Hyderabad, Sept 11 (Maxim News): Elections for Maulana Azad National Urdu University Students Union will be held on September 12 from 9:00 am to 1:00 p.m.
According to Prof. S. Najamul Hasan, Chief Returning Officer, Mohd. Adil and Attaullah Niazi are contesting for the post of President. Whereas, Mohammad Hassam and Abdullah Asim are are pitted against each other for Vice-President, Md. Fayaz Ahamd and Nehal Ahmad for Secretary; Asif Neyaz and Mohd. Faisal for Treasurer. Aliza Fathima is the only candidate for Joint Secretary.
Executive members for different Schools and Colleges will also be elected in the elections.
Counting of votes will begin at 2 p.m. the same day and the results shall be declared later in the day.
The investiture ceremony for winners would be conducted on September 15. (Maxim News)
