MANUU Students Union’s “Jashn-e-Baharan” from today

Hyderabad, June 23 (Maxim News)Maulana Azad National Urdu University’s Students Union (MSU) is organizing cultural, literary & sports festival “Jashn-e-Baharan 2022” from June 24 to 28.

 According to the Convenor, MSU Advisory Committee, Dr. Mohd Yousuf Khan, Principal, MANUU Polytechnic Hyderabad various literary, cultural and sports competitions and activities will be held during the fest followed by a Job Fest on July 05.  Prof. Mohd Abdul Sami Siddiqui, Director, Centre for Professional Development of Urdu Medium Teacher is the chairman of the committee.

The opening ceremony will be held on June 2 from 3.00 pm at Agha Hashar Kashmiri Auditorium at DDE, MANUU.

Dr. Viquar Unnisa, Provost, Girls Hostel and Dr. A Kaleemulla, Deputy Director, Directorate of Physical Education and Sports are the convenors for sports and games competitions under  which Athleties, Badminton, Carroms, Chess, Cricket, Football, Kabaddi, Table Tennis, Volley Ball and Weight lifting competitions will be held at sports complex & play ground. Dr. Ahmad Khan, Director, Center for Urdu Culture Studies is the convener for literary activities – Bait Bazi, Essay writing, Elocution, Debate and Youth Parliament will be held. The convenors for Extra-Curricular Activities are Prof.  Karan Singh Utwal, Department of Hindi and Dr. Muzaffar Hussain Khan, Associate Professor, Department of Education & Training. Cultural Night, Food Fest, Job Fest Day, Poster Making, Painting, Mushaira and Qirat Competition are the part of extra-curricular activities.

The Job fest will be organized by Training and Placement Cell on July 5 from 10.00 am onwards. MANUU Students can register for Jashn-e-Baharan Job Fest Day 2022 on the school wise registration links are available on the University website manuu.edu.in.

The MSU Office Bearers – Mohd Mursaleen, President, Md Abuhamza, Vice- President and Mohd Haris, Secretary appealed students to participate in various competitions by registering online in large number. (Maxim News)
