Medigadda Project Has Been Leaking Ever Sonce It Was Built: Eatala

Hyderabad, Oct 23 (Maxim News): Senior BJP MLA and chairman of the party’s election management committee, Eatala Rajender said that the collapse of the Medigadda (Lakshmi) barrage bridge, which is the most important part of the Kaleswaram project, s worrying.

Speaking to media persons at the BJP State office in Nampally, He criticized the Kaleswaram project started with the narrow aim of making a name for themselves.

He said we went to inspect the Medigadda barrage on Sunday.  In the past, Visveswara Reddy has raised doubts many times. When Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao spoke on Kaleswaram, experts warned about its construction.  some of the projects were given to some in the allocation method. Nagarjunasagar Dam is still intact despite the use of any technology. Three projects in Kaleswaram were built in a very short time and dedicated to the nation.  The selection of the project site was done with discretion. Medigadda barrage has been leaking ever since it was built.  the project was built on sand.  the entire Kannepally pump house collapsed. Then Section 144 was imposed to prevent the experts from entering the vicinity of the pump house. They tried to hide the truth.

Due to the KCR government; ‘s mistake, there is a loss of Rs. one lakh crore.  the condition of the project today is proof of construction defects.  The projects remain mere tourist spots. People need to be told the facts about projects built with public money.

He alleged that Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao was the reason for this failure. The CM should take responsibility for this incident and resign from his post. Etala demanded that an expert committee should be formed and a white paper should be released on this incident. (Maxim News)
